Rocco needed an evergreen webinar funnel to consistently generate leads and convert them into clients. The funnel had to reflect his branding, deliver a smooth registration experience, and automate the entire email journey — from confirmation to reminders to follow-up — so he could focus on delivering his program.

Solutions

• Built a custom webinar funnel in ClickFunnels, designing the landing, confirmation, and thank-you pages using Rocco’s branding and provided copy.
• Integrated Constant Contact to manage all email communications.
• Wrote and created the full set of email copy:
  • 1 confirmation email
  • 4 reminder emails
  • 3 follow-up emails
• Developed a custom Zapier workflow with API connection to sync leads from ClickFunnels to Constant Contact.
• Tested the entire funnel to ensure registrants received timely, branded communications at each stage.
